Our Timmering is a rich showcase of Heathcote shiraz. Charred black plums and strawberry liqueur lead the nose, with a hint of nutmeg adding some spicy intrigue. The palate is rich with baked red plums leading to milk chocolate and vanilla.

This wine should be drunk now, and is sure to be a hit at anything from a casual barbecue to a ritzy dinner party. Best bring two bottles though, as we wouldn’t expect it to last very long.
