The grapes were sourced from a wonderfully managed vineyard in the Toolleen sub-area of Heathcote. Aged in a mix of new and old oak to balance the fruit. A typically medium to rich Heathcote shiraz with blackberry, plum and spice characters that will aged wonderfully over the next five to ten years.
